Servo positioning plate flat screen printing machine is suitable for high-precision positioning screen printing of permanent magnets, electronic panels, glass panels, ceramic substrates, metal signs, PCB boards and other products.
★Main performance
①Mitsubishi PLC program control circuit, human-machine interface control, and user-friendly operation.
② Vertical structure, the screen plate moves vertically up and down, and the printing head moves left and right.
③Printing and screen lifting adopt independent driving sources, with coordinated movements and stable and adjustable speed.
④Panasonic servo system drives the printing tool holder, and the photoelectric eye controls the stroke and adjusts independently.
⑤Printing is driven by Panasonic servo motor, with smooth movement.
⑥The printing platform is equipped with precision fine-tuning handles in the horizontal and vertical directions, allowing precise fine-tuning and easy color registration.
⑦ Equipped with three printing modes: manual/semi-automatic/fully-automatic, automatic printing indirect time digital control (1~9 seconds).
⑧Independently designed machine head lifting device, scraper/return knife, screen loading and unloading and screen cleaning are convenient.
